Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this short-drama licensing showroom (the “Site”), provided by Happy Labs Pte. Ltd. (“Happy Labs”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.

Permission to use the Site

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Site and view the material on it. Nothing on the Site is sold to you.

Licensing showroom

The Site exists so distributors, platforms and buyers can evaluate titles in our catalogue.

• Browsing, viewing a screener or sending a request grants you no licence, option or right of any kind in any title.
• Any licence is granted only by a separate written agreement signed by Happy Labs Pte. Ltd..
• Screeners are for evaluation only. You must not download, copy, re-record, redistribute, publicly perform or make any title available to third parties.
• Material we give you that is not publicly listed is confidential and may be used only to evaluate a possible licence.

Acceptable use

You must not copy, scrape, mirror or redistribute the Site or our catalogue; get around access controls; use bots, exploits or unauthorised modifications; interfere with the Site or its users; or use the Site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, our content, our users or legal compliance.

Intellectual property

The Site and its contents, including software, artwork, audio, video, series, titles, designs, names and logos, are owned by or licensed to Happy Labs Pte. Ltd. and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the permission above, no rights are granted to you.

Third-party services and links

The Site may use or link to third-party services. They have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Availability

The Site may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time, and titles may be added or removed. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Happy Labs Pte. Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill or access to the Site arising from its use.

Privacy

Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after that date means you accept it, to the extent permitted by law.
